Privacy Policy

Last updated May 8, 2026

This policy explains how TrialBridge handles personal information for studio owners, staff, visitors, leads, and paid-trial buyers.

Who this policy covers

This policy covers TrialBridge websites, hosted trial pages, embeds, studio dashboards, support channels, and related services.

It applies to studio owners, staff, trial buyers, leads, and visitors who interact with TrialBridge.

When a studio uses TrialBridge for its own offer, the studio is also responsible for its own privacy notices, consent practices, fitness waivers, customer communications, and local legal obligations.

Information we collect

Studio account information, including names, emails, organization details, locations, roles, billing references, support requests, and onboarding progress.

Trial buyer information, including name, email, phone, fitness goal, consent choices, offer selected, purchase status, source, and staff handoff status.

Checkout and billing references, including Stripe customer IDs, checkout session IDs, payment intent IDs, refund status, connected account status, plan, subscription status, and payout readiness.

Tracking and attribution data, including UTMs, referrer, landing page, embed source, Google click identifiers, Meta click identifiers, device/browser information, IP-derived security signals, and event timestamps.

Integration data needed to run configured workflows with systems such as Stripe, Mindbody, LoyalSnap, Meta, Google Ads, Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, email providers, and support tools.

How we use information

Create hosted pages and embeds for studio trial offers.

Start and verify Stripe checkout sessions, record payment status, route refunds, and keep payment records accurate.

Sync paid buyers or follow-up tasks into configured studio systems.

Show studios which campaigns, pages, and offers are producing paid trial buyers.

Send operational alerts, support responses, security notices, account emails, and service updates.

Detect abuse, protect accounts, debug errors, enforce limits, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Payments

Stripe processes card, wallet, bank, and payout details. TrialBridge does not receive or store full card numbers, card security codes, or bank credentials.

TrialBridge stores payment references, payment status, refund status, and metadata needed to reconcile purchases and power studio dashboards.

If a studio connects its own Stripe account, Stripe may collect business, owner, tax, compliance, bank, and identity information directly from that studio.

Consent and communications

Trial buyers can accept trial terms, privacy terms, SMS follow-up, and email follow-up during checkout.

Studios are responsible for making sure their marketing, SMS, email, and customer communication practices comply with applicable laws, including Canada's anti-spam rules when they apply.

A buyer can ask the studio to stop follow-up messages. TrialBridge may still send operational or transactional messages where permitted.

How we share information

With the studio that owns the trial offer, so staff can contact, book, and serve the buyer.

With service providers that help us host, secure, email, process payments, analyze errors, and operate TrialBridge.

With connected integrations chosen by a studio, such as Stripe, Mindbody, LoyalSnap, Meta, Google Ads, Zapier, Make, or Google Sheets.

With authorities, payment networks, or affected parties when required by law, to prevent harm, or to protect rights, security, and service integrity.

During a business transaction such as financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality controls.

Storage, security, and location

TrialBridge uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss.

External credentials are encrypted at rest and used only for configured integration jobs.

We use cloud infrastructure and service providers that may process or store information in Canada, the United States, or other countries where our providers operate.

No online system is perfectly secure. Studios must protect their own account access, invite only authorized staff, and use strong authentication practices.

Retention

We keep account, payment reference, consent, audit, support, and integration records as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet security requirements, comply with law, and maintain financial records.

Studios can request export or deletion support. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

People in Canada may have rights to request access to personal information, ask for corrections, withdraw certain consents, and ask questions about our privacy practices.

Trial buyers should contact the studio first for class, membership, waiver, or customer relationship questions. TrialBridge can also help route privacy requests that relate to TrialBridge systems.

We may need to verify identity and authority before acting on a request.

Children and minors

TrialBridge is not designed for children. Studios are responsible for age limits, parent or guardian consent, waivers, and youth fitness rules for their own offers.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product, laws, or integrations change. The updated date will show when the policy changed.

Material changes may be announced through the website, the app, email, or another reasonable channel.

Contact

Privacy requests can be sent to support@trytrialbridge.com or through the support area in the product.

If you are a trial buyer, include the studio name and trial offer so we can route the request correctly.
