Terms of Service
Last updated May 8, 2026
These terms cover studio use of TrialBridge and trial-buyer checkout flows powered by TrialBridge.
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TrialBridge websites, hosted trial pages, embeds, studio dashboards, APIs, support channels, and related services.
By creating an account, connecting a studio, publishing an offer, using an embed, or buying a trial through a TrialBridge checkout page, you agree to these terms.
If you use TrialBridge for a studio, company, franchise location, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
What TrialBridge does
TrialBridge provides software for paid intro-trial checkout, hosted pages, embeds, campaign attribution, studio dashboards, staff tasks, and integration handoffs.
TrialBridge does not operate fitness classes, sell memberships on behalf of studios, provide medical or fitness advice, replace studio waivers, or guarantee that a trial buyer becomes a member.
TrialBridge is not Mindbody, LoyalSnap, Stripe, Meta, Google, Zapier, Make, Webflow, Squarespace, WordPress, Framer, or Wix. Those services are separate third-party platforms.
Studio responsibilities
Studios are responsible for the accuracy of their offers, pricing, currency, class availability, eligibility rules, expiry dates, refund rules, taxes, waivers, health screening, age restrictions, staff workflow, customer service, and compliance with applicable laws.
Studios must not publish misleading offers, fake scarcity, unauthorized brand claims, or terms they cannot honour.
Studios must have the rights and permissions needed to connect Stripe, Mindbody, LoyalSnap, ad platforms, websites, and other integrations.
Trial buyers
Trial buyers purchase or claim a studio trial from the studio, not from TrialBridge as a class provider.
A studio's own trial terms, waiver, policies, booking rules, cancellation rules, and eligibility requirements may also apply.
TrialBridge may show wallet buttons, checkout fields, payment redirects, confirmation pages, and handoff messages to help complete the studio's trial flow.
Payments, refunds, and disputes
Stripe processes payment information. TrialBridge does not store full card numbers, card security codes, or bank account credentials.
Studios are responsible for connected-account onboarding, payout eligibility, taxes, refund decisions, chargebacks, disputes, and payment provider fees unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
TrialBridge subscription fees are billed separately from studio trial payments. Subscription fees may be recurring and may continue until cancelled in the billing portal or through a supported cancellation channel.
Refunds for buyer trial purchases are decided by the studio's offer terms and applicable law. TrialBridge may record refund status when Stripe sends a webhook.
Subscriptions and plans
TrialBridge may offer paid software plans, pilots, usage limits, setup fees, or franchise pricing. Plan details shown at checkout or in the app apply to the selected plan.
If a subscription renews automatically, the organization authorizes TrialBridge and Stripe to charge the payment method on file until cancellation.
TrialBridge may change plan features, limits, or pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice where required.
Accounts and access
Users must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, and promptly remove access for staff who no longer need it.
Users may only access organizations, studios, buyer records, integrations, and billing settings they are authorized to manage.
TrialBridge may suspend or restrict access to protect the service, prevent misuse, address payment issues, or comply with legal obligations.
Integrations
Studios can connect third-party systems such as Stripe, Mindbody, LoyalSnap, Meta, Google Ads, Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, and website builders.
Third-party platforms may change APIs, permissions, pricing, review requirements, data access, or availability. TrialBridge is not responsible for those changes.
TrialBridge may retry, queue, skip, or flag integration jobs when credentials are missing, platform responses fail, rate limits apply, or data does not match expected fields.
Acceptable use
You must not use TrialBridge to break the law, violate privacy or anti-spam rules, send messages without proper consent, misrepresent offers, impersonate another party, scrape the service, probe security, bypass access controls, upload malware, or interfere with availability.
You must not enter payment details except through Stripe-hosted or Stripe-approved payment flows.
You must not publish content or offers that are unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, harmful, or outside the studio's authority.
Data and privacy
Use of TrialBridge is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
Studios are responsible for their own privacy notices, customer consents, SMS/email compliance, retention requirements, and responses to customer requests for their own studio records.
TrialBridge may use aggregated or de-identified information to operate, secure, measure, and improve the service.
Intellectual property
TrialBridge and its software, designs, dashboards, workflows, documentation, and branding are owned by TrialBridge or its licensors.
Studios retain ownership of their own brand assets, offer content, customer data, and materials they provide, subject to the rights needed for TrialBridge to operate the service.
Studios grant TrialBridge permission to host, display, process, and transmit their submitted materials as needed to provide the service.
Beta features and availability
Some features may be labelled beta, preview, pilot, or experimental. They may change, break, or be removed.
TrialBridge aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every third-party integration job will succeed.
Disclaimers
TrialBridge is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
TrialBridge does not guarantee ad performance, conversion rates, member retention, revenue, legal compliance for studio offers, third-party platform approval, or fitness outcomes.
Nothing in TrialBridge is legal, tax, accounting, medical, fitness, or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrialBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrialBridge's total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts paid by the organization to TrialBridge for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
Studios and organizations agree to defend, indemnify, and hold TrialBridge harmless from claims arising from their offers, customer communications, class delivery, waivers, taxes, refunds, disputes, connected systems, misuse of the service, or violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
The courts located in British Columbia will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
TrialBridge may update these terms as the service, laws, or integrations change. The updated date will show when the terms changed.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@trytrialbridge.com or through the support area in the product.
