Data Processing Addendum

trialbridge processes studio account, staff, buyer, consent, checkout, attribution, integration, and support data to provide hosted trial pages, payments, handoffs, action lists, reporting, support, security, and billing.

trialbridge will not sell buyer personal information or use it for unrelated advertising profiles.

Personnel with access to customer data must be bound by confidentiality obligations and use access only for support, security, operations, and service delivery.

Credentials for external integrations are encrypted at rest. Payment card data is handled by Stripe, not stored by trialbridge.

Administrative and team role changes are logged for auditability.

trialbridge may use subprocessors listed at /subprocessors for hosting, payments, email, error monitoring, analytics, support, and customer-selected integrations.

Customer data may be processed in Canada, the United States, and other countries where subprocessors operate, subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.

Studios can export tenant data from the product privacy export endpoint or request support help for verified data-subject requests.

Workspace owners can request tenant deletion from the product privacy deletion endpoint after confirming the workspace name.

Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, payment dispute, or audit obligations.
