Components
Hosted trial pages and embeds: public offer pages, checkout handoff, thank-you pages, and attribution capture.
Owner portal: dashboards, offers, trials, tasks, jobs, integrations, team management, support, and billing.
Payment and billing: Stripe Checkout, Stripe Connect handoff, subscription billing, refunds, and webhook processing.
Integration jobs: Mindbody, LoyalSnap, Meta Conversions API, Google Ads conversion events, and email delivery jobs.
Incident updates
Severity 1 incidents mean checkout, login, owner access, or paid-trial handoff is unavailable or materially wrong for multiple customers.
Severity 2 incidents mean a major workflow is degraded, delayed, or failing for a subset of customers.
Severity 3 incidents mean minor degradation, cosmetic issues, delayed non-critical jobs, or single-customer support cases.
Updates include customer impact, affected components, mitigation, current status, and next update target.
Maintenance notices
Planned maintenance that can affect checkout, billing, login, or integration jobs is announced before the work starts.
Emergency security fixes may ship with shorter notice when waiting would increase customer risk.
